Mr. Pyles was born and raised in Macon. He has been with Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson since 1993. Over the years, his practice has involved various areas of civil litigation. However, in the last several years, he has focused on Employee Rights including: ERISA and non-ERISA benefits (long-term disability, retirement, and life); Employment Discrimination (Age, Race, Gender, Disability, Religion), and FMLA. He also practices extensively in the area of Probate and Estate Law, as well as continues to do some miscellaneous, general civil litigation. Over the years, Mr. Pyles has lectured on various topics relating to Employment Law; Wills, Trusts and Estates; and Collections. Mr. Pyles is a member of the Labor and Employment section of the State Bar of Georgia.
Mr. Pyles is an active member of his church and community. He continues to serve in various leadership positions in the church including Chairman of the Deacons and Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He is also actively involved in numerous community activities and coaches a number of youth sports teams in baseball, basketball, and soccer.
Mr. Pyles is married to a wonderful and supporting wife, Natalie, and the father of three incredible children, Madelyn, Jackson, and Sarah.
