Ms. Flynn is a partner with the firm, specializing in Social Security disability law. Her practice encompasses all aspects of Social Security law, including SSI and Disability Insurance for adults, children, widows and widowers, and retired business owners and landlords. Ms. Flynn’s extensive work in this area of law has resulted in a high success rate in obtaining favorable decisions for her clients. She works with her clients at every level of the disability process, from pre-hearing development and client counseling, through all appellate levels. Ms. Flynn’s appellate practice has resulted in the creation of new case law making it harder for Social Security to deny claims.
