Roxanne Hinson represents people who have been injured or killed by the negligence of others such as resulting from car and truck wrecks, and medical malpractice.  Roxanne is a trial attorney with over 20 years of litigation experience.   

Roxanne's trial experience not only includes personal injury cases, but previously included family law matters in which she handled many high profile and complex divorce and custody cases throughout Middle Georgia.

Roxanne is also a Registered Mediator with the State of Georgia and because of her extensive experience in the family law field has successfully mediated many family law matters of varying degrees of complexity and sophistication.   She has also been a guest lecturer at Mercer Law School and on local television programs. 

Roxanne currently serves as the President of the Georgia Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates, an organization whose mission is preserving the constitutional vision of equal justice for all Americans and to preserving the right to trial by jury as guaranteed by the 6^th and 7^th amendments to the United States Constitution.
